The Structured Interview

Our structured candidate interview is considered the most comprehensive interview process in the staffing industry. The steps are as follows:

• Set the agenda for the interview
• Determine the candidate’s expertise and obtain testimonials of achievements
• Determine the candidate’s motivation
• Gather additional background information
• Make an overall evaluation
• Gather previous supervisory reference information
• Inform candidate of skills evaluation
• Inform candidate of DISC evaluation
• Inform candidate of standard background check
