The Pre-Qualification Phone Call
Each evaluation begins with a pre-qualification phone call in which an iTeam Staffing professional interviews the candidate to get a sense of their business, communication, and social skills; a clear understanding of their job qualifications and history; and confirmation of their preference for a permanent position or a consultant position.
